Create some images in Adobe Illustrator format

I have 30 images that I need creating as native AI files. The images need creating from new. Please do not embed the current TIFF or PNG files. Each image is shown as a TIFF and a PNG file in the TIFF folder and the PNG folder. However, these aren't of good enough quality so I need them rebuilding in a separate AI file, so I can move the shapes myself if necessary. However, this exercise isn't as bad as it looks !!! I've already got the shapes built that are on the images in svg format, so you don't need to build those. The SVG shapes are in the [login to view URL] file and are in the adobe shapes folder. Please supply 1 AI image so I can check you are completing this in the right way! thanks!
