I'm a music producer looking to create an animated music video for an artist of mine. He has much potential and needs the right edge to get his music off the ground. Only thing is we're on a budget at the moment and doing shows locally. We would prefer to have one animator as we would like to create a 2-D identity around him similar to the Gorillaz, but right now, we aren't in much of a position to negotiate rates.
