Convert elephant image into vector line artwork for vinyl

I am a laser cutter and i need the attached image converted into line artwork ready for cutting. The stroke should be .25mm and lines are to be smooth and not jaggered. This image is going to be 2 metres tall when finished so all lines need to be straight or curved and not jaggered as this will be seen when it is enlarged. All shapes need to be closed shapes and not seperate lines The final file needs to be an Ai file in CS5 with no fill just lines.
