Convert Shirt images to line-art Illustrations

Hello,
I urgently need different types of shirt images to be converted into line-art vector ("tech pack" style) images in illustrator format. There are around 25 products to start with and every product includes 3,4 images, one of them to show whole product and others to focus on different parts like collar, cuffs etc.
Attached are few of images which will require to be worked on along some samples showing how the result should look like. Final Illustrations should mainly represent shirt style, stitching and buttons etc in best possible way. Shirt color and overall fabric etc can be ignored although different color/fabric portins like inside collars, cuff corners, logo areas etc can be highlighted using some grey shades etc.
Please let me know your pricing and turnaround time, similar work samples you have done or some of sample work over any part of attached image can be helpful.
