Unfortunately I'm not Arabian, however I'm more than willing to help you and create a diet plan and a weight lifting plan (sport specific) and if needed supplementation plan. (whey, BCAA, creatine, pre-workout, etc).
The program will be tailored based off of your needs, preferred foods, pre-season, during-season, post-season requirements.
I hold two diplomas, one in Nutrition and one as a fitness instructor. I am a professional Water Polo player that has competed as a national team athlete on more than 20 occasions, I have played over 100 college games and have trained 3 athletes so far.
