Convert Flash to HTML5

Hello I would like to convert 2 flash animations on my website to HTML 5 and tweak/improve them. Check them out: [login to view URL] - It is the two guys fighting on the top of the page [login to view URL] - It is the city that lights up when the mouse hovers over the logo. In the fighting animation I want to edit the speeds, as well as add more frames to add another character in the beginning and expand the animation to double size. In the city animation I want the city to gradually darken when the mouse hovers off and to add 2 frames to the logo's outer glow, lighting up and out. I will provide these frames.
