Develop a multi-vendor apparel rental website using magento / prestashop / shopify etc.

The requirement is to develop an online clothing rental website. We tie-up with various retailers, whose inventory is listed on the website. The customers can then login on the website and book the desired for the required rental period. The logistics are managed by us. Therefore there will be two major differences from a traditional e-commerce portal: 1) Instead of selling, we would be providing clothes on rent. So for every item there needs to be tracking of dates for which item is booked. 2) There would be a POS (Point of Sale) application for vendors. The vendors can rent out clothes from their physical outlets as well. For managing vendors, there should be a central admin module, wherein vendor IDs / logins can be created and products pertaining to any vendor can be created / updated. There should be an option to activate POS for any vendor as well thereby enabling her to login in the portal, view her products, make an booking and print invoices for booking done at her physical outlet. This should be subsequently blocked on the website as well. Also any product that is booked through the website should accordingly be shown as blocked on the vendor's POS thereby preventing the vendor to book the item for the same dates from her POS.
