Develop WordPress Website back end (Gaming Scene)

Hello! I need someone to code and design a a few things which will be usable with WordPress and most WordPress premium themes. I need a full member signup, Log in and account system. Each member should have a profile, where they can upload a picture and provide several other details which will be discussed later. Each member should have a wallet which will contain prize winnings and deposited funds, they should be able to send a request for a withdrawal. I also need a team system where members can create and edit teams for different games. I need a tournament system where members can enter there teams into tournaments. I will also need a betting system where members can bet on matches. This is just a basic run down of what I need. To be successful you must be very competent and fluent in English. You must also have knowledge of programming and implementing these systems, and able to debug any errors. The project will be broken down into several milestones and will be carried out over a period of time, once a system has been completed and works with the website, you will be paid a milestone. If you are good there is opportunity for permanent work developing, creating and maintaining the website. As of yet the website has not been created but I will be working very closely with you to make sure it goes hand in hand. As I said earlier I would like it to be implement as a WordPress website but I am more than happy to discuss other options. Please provide a nice proposal and include "APLG01" at the top.
