We are trying to code the attached map into CSS/xHTML, so that the map size is adjustable based on browser window resolution. However, there are 4 interactive pointers ([login to view URL]) which sit on top of the map, and they should remain aligned to their specific positions on the map, even when the browser window is resized (and therefore the map is resized).
We are looking for help to create a simple javascript script (only script, not coding) to dynamically adjust the positions of the pointers relative on browser window size, so that we can make this work. We would then take your script, and apply it when coding the map into CSS/xHTML.

Hi there. You need to resize the map horizontally and vertically? a full screen map or a full width map with constrained proportions? the markers must be resized according the size of the map or just positioned in the pointed places keeping the same size as showed in the attachment posted by you and I just seen?
