Code web site HTML based on Photoshop layered screenshots

We need a HTML+CSS coding for a web site redesign. Current web site can be seen at [login to view URL] (click in ENG flag in the right-top to see the english version). We will supply PSD multilayered files and a plain JPG version is supplied in this project request. As in previous projects with this coder we require the HTML to have the same consistent look&feel for Mac and Windows Browser and to validate on W3 validation tools. # Deliverable details - Icons should be links, not background graphics. - No graphics should be used for text. If this cannot be achieved please ask before doing it. Graphics should be placed in /resources/images dir - css should be placed in /resources/css/[login to view URL] file - No tables should be used for formatting unless there is a real data table. - delivered code should conform to xhtml transitional and should validate online on [login to view URL] validator. - There should be default styles (default text for plain, link, etc). Not only h4, h5 , h6, ... - Avoid using BR for formatting. If necessary please post a message explaining why. - Menu rollovers should use CSS class to specify which area is active (so it can be changed server side). Text hover for links should be only underline (no bold). - No need to set working links as we can do it when porting the HTML to the final application but need a couple of them to test hover. Templating technology will be used (JSF2 facelets) so coder should consider this as HTML must clearly difference the common part and the different DIVs that conform content for the different areas. Javascript in the Map in the home page is not needed as will be copied from current side, so only the Map is needed (no dots or menus). It should be clearly separated from other parts of the page.
