Build two online membership and eCommerce websites

We require experienced website and eCommerce professionals to build two websites for us. Both websites will work in conjunction with each other. One website will be the portal for registered members who will be paying for online services. This will show their current membership state, account balance and list all of the services which have been performed for the business. The second website will be a portal for the workers. This will have their current account balance in earnings and list all of the businesses who currently require work to be performed. Both websites must have eCommerce with PayPal in order to receive and make payments. There must be the facility to upload and verify work completed and also a method of generating referral codes for current workers to refer new workers. As there will be a sign up bonus for the referring member after a certain amount of jobs by the new member have been completed, there must also be the facility for this. Both websites must be secure as they will be private referrals only. A simple sign-in method such as "Sign in with Facebook" is desired. There must also be an integrated solution to prevent workers posting referral codes online and banning their accounts if they appear in search engines. The websites must look clean and fresh. A good looking splash page and facility for logging in or signing up members followed by a dashboard type page with account and work details is the initial concept, although we are happy to consult and hear suggestions. Both websites must also have mobile friendly versions and must be traceable in Google Analytics. Suggestions on hosting providers will also be required. Finally, due to the amount of spam from Freelancers bidding on previous projects without even reading the project details, you must include "I can read" at the very start of your proposal. Any proposals which do not include this will be immediately dismissed.
