Black Hat SEO Search Engine Optimization (please read full instructions)

This is NOT your normal SEO job. The chances are that you don't know how to complete this task. Here is the job: When I Google my name a bunch of things that I don't like come up. I'm looking for a Black Hat SEO engineer to bring down the results of the links that I don't like. This content is NOT on my web servers and cannot simply be removed There are a lot of providers that do not read the entire posting here or they do not understand it. Again, I am not looking to promote a URL, I'm trying to reduce the ranking of some that I have no control over and do not host. To filter out these providers that are applying for this job, I am asking for three easy tasks. If you are interested in this job and can do it, please do the following three things. One ... in the first line of your response, answer the question "five times four equals ...". This proves that you have read this far into the proposal. The second thing would be to repeat back what my job is, which is to reduce the page rankings of a few links so they are not seen on the first couple of pages on google. This proves that your mastery of English is good enough for us to communicate. The third thing would be to tell me approximately your approach on how you will solve this issue. This proves that you can actually do the job and are not just lying.
