1) Change banner area in [login to view URL] to Estimator Form as can be seen in the staging area ([login to view URL]) 2) Need to make the Estimator Form adaptive/responsive using existing adaptive/responsive scripts already in the site. - When viewed on a phone, form layout should be something similar to [login to view URL] - We would like to follow existing spacing between fields. - Background photo should disappear when adaptive/responsive change occurs. So when fields wrap to next line because width has been decreased, background image of man and boxes would be hidden. 3) Edits on Pricing page - Add Estimator Form on this page as well
