Convert a Sales Presentation to a storyboard in HTML5 with animation, which will be later pack into in a Mobile App

We have a set of storyboard/slides used for recruitment of new insurance sales agent. it presents the business opportunities and rewards of joining our insurance agency. We intend to convert this set of slides/storyboard to HTML5 with basic animation which we will be later included into a Mobile App. We need to hire a designer to redesign the theme with better graphics , better illustrations and with basic animation to enhance the overall story telling (All the graphics shall be revamp and changed). You are free to use different graphics/graphic style, decide on how many scenes and how to present the story. However the story line must remained the same as described in the presentation slide attached and the theme must match our overall iPAD App (Refer to APP THEME – last 2 slides). Output shall be in PSD and HTML5 with animation
