Debt Calculators

I want to create a debt calculator for one of my websites. This calculator will combine several already existing calculators online, but will provide a side-by-side comparison of each one after someone completes the fields. I would prefer a freelancer who could also do the math as it would save me a lot of time. I also want the calculators to be uploaded into the site and coded so it looks like it's a part of the existing website. Calculator 1 Step 1: Paying Off Credit Cards on Your Own (base this calculator on [login to view URL]) Step 2: Debt Consolidation Loan (base this calculator on [login to view URL]) Step 3: Debt Settlement Calculator - This calculator would simply estimate the cost as 70% of the total outstanding debt divided by 42 months Step 4: Summary of Costs of Each option - how long till debt free, monthly payment, total cost Additionally I would like each of these calculators as their own separate / stand-alone calculators. In other words, if someone does not want to use one of the calculators, he'll still have the option to go straight to the one he wants on a "Calculators" page. Calculator 2 Step 1: Debt to Income Ratio Calculator (base it on this [login to view URL]) Step 2: Home Equity Calculator (base it on this: [login to view URL]) Step 3: Summary of Results - debt to income ratio, home equity amount, and how much they could realistically borrow based on their equity (80% of their home equity) Like the 1st Calculator, I would also like these to be their own separate stand-alone calculators too.
