Research Project : Collect specific information about audio & video stream

Hello Community, I'm looking for a good and reliable Team to research some information for me and list them (for now) in an Excel file. In the future, those information will be loaded in a Database. Although it's just a research activiy, I need people with Web Developpment skills, meaning people very well understanding HTML, HTML5, JAVASCRIPT, CSS, PHP etc.. and people experienced with VIDEO and AUDIO Stream in Internet, experienced with the diferent formats and codecs like SMIL, NSV, MP3, OGG, MPG etc.. ONLY people with those skills will be qualified for the job, as you will be needed to extract specific information and list them in the excel file you will provide me. So send me proven experience. The number of lines on the excel file could go up to 200 - 250. More details will be provided to the selected candidates. Note : I can select different candidates and build a Team and let them collect the information together. This team could be then used for further projects.
