Design the following; (detailed brief attached) The scope of works include the following: Design, fabricate, deliver and erect the Head Quarters (HQ) to be utilized by the Client to entertain prospective buyers and investors in the Client’s residential development. The HQ shall include the following activity nodes: • Office space with 2-3 permanent workplaces: • Kitchen Area: o Bread & pizza oven, space for show cooking, workshops, cooking courses o Inside and outside area in combination with a herb & salad garden o 1 Wok station and 4 more gas cooking stations o Dish washing area (out of sight) o Food store (out of sight) • Bar o Barista corner o Juice, Smoothie, Ice tea bar o Wooden bar top with funky bar chairs o Seating area with small tables and chairs • Visible fruit and vegetable storage – Marketplace style • Mezzanine o Secluded lounge area for private meetings o Dining area with a view o Lounge area with a view • Exposition space o Gallery-style with an opening in the center o Plants growing from the ground floor to the top level through the center of the building • Ground floor o Family style dining area – 1 massive wooden table with benches or chairs o View onto the outside kitchen area o Wooden deck with opening in the center for plants growing up o Projection area – designated projector space and screen o Dance floor space • Tower o 40 ft container placed vertically with a staircase inside leading to the mezzanine and the viewing deck on top of the tower o Staircase can be used as exposition space for art and photography or a timeline of the history & milestones of the development • Toilets o 2 x male, 2 x female • Outside area o Natural fencing and dust protection with beneficial plants and trees o Tea pavilion surrounded by tropical plants o Lounge area o Playground area for kids
