A seperate HP for mobile devices

Hi, we have a homepage. Unfortunately it is design by a CMS (Goldfish by fish beam). Unfortunately the HP is not optimized for mobile devices. I don`t want to change the whole HP. What i want is an extra site that you get redirected to while browsing the HP with a mobile device, this hp should have the same content but should be optimized for mobile devices... I have no Idea if that is possible...
