So in theory this isn't so bad. If you just want locations with with detail pages that's not an issue. The complexity comes if you want to do all the other things airbnb does, such as communication, reviews, booking, payments etc etc. Also, how much detail do you want users to be able to input? Will you just provide them with a content box to enter the entire description? Or a more step-by-step form for: Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Price, policies etc etc.... These are all things that are time intensive. I'd love to have a real conversation and talk about the entire scope. Maybe we can come up with an iterative solution.
