apply the template to my site and make it functional

hi my site is [login to view URL] and i want to apply the attached template to the design and change it . 1-We already have the programming working fine 2- need to check the cron job schedule for the map bec i don think it is working fine now to reset news 3- need to include a script to fetch videos , we already done it need to implement it as per design 4- we are basically adding this [login to view URL] to our home page instead of seaprate page , as you see , in the drop down we do not have all countries whereas in the box that opens above map we do , so if there is a country let us say greece , we need to show news closest to that country under the 3 boxes in the design , so the news is relatively relevant .
