add php shopping cart functionality to existing html website -- 2

I am looking to integrate a cart functionality into an English/Arabic site. the payment gateway will be payfort. Only two items will be sold (100$ egift card and 200 Egift card) Please do not bid if you are to learn. I am expecting delivery in 3 days. If you can't complete the project in 3 days do not bother to bid, as to me you do not have the releavnt experience. The website is hosted on a CPanel. Here is a more detailed description. I need to allow visitors to a website to be able to buy e-gift cards on the site. The user will have two options 1-buy a gift card for $50 2- buy a gift card for $100 When the user selects one of the options he should be able to proceed to checkout using either PAYFORT or PayPal as the payment gateway(both of them needed for the website integration). The giftcard is a digital gift card that will be generated on the fly with a Unique 7 to 9 Alpha numeric code (and QRCode). A database table should be created to keep track of the generated giftcard codes, their values, the dates that they were generated on and the days they were redeemed on. That table will also be used to make sure that the codes are unique and we never have the same code generated more than once. Codes should not be sequential or generated in any recognizable pattern. The EGIFT card will only be generated when the user completes checkout where that EGift card will be emailed to the user's provided email address in a PDF format, that PDF file should also be downloadable from the website when the user completes the checkout process. Another protected page should be created for the client's staff to validate those gift cards(by entering the code on it) and displaying a redeem option (card detailes like purchase date and $value will be displayed to the staff) or appropriate message (Card already redeemed on "Date", Card is invalid etc..) The validation page will also have the following text entry fields Location Redeemed, By Who (The staff name). Another user database table should be created in the database to manage users Admin Staff Client another page should exist for admin to add/remove staff and other admins.. The admin should also be able to generate reports on the gift cards. Report for all bought cards with the details, then filters like redeemed/non redeemed which will show the clients information, those reports should be downloadable to excel. Now the above features relevant to the user(buy functionality) should be added on a bilingual website (English and Arabic). The admin pages could be in English only. The website will be hosted on CPanel. My expectations: Experience with Payfort and paypal integrations Knowledge of Arabic or typing Arabic to build the Arabic and English page (the current website is a pure html website)
