Build a Website

I am a leadership coach for Heads of Department in many sectors including law, education, financial services, recruitment, engineering, manufacturing, national infrastructure and national security. I have an existing website, which has provided a useful source of reference for the people who know me, though 100% hopeless for attracting any new business leads. I have received just three leads in ten years. The main text I need to promote is the many 'happy client' endorsements that I receive every month. I want to take an entirely fresh look at our website, which I know has too many words. I might consider using video this time. My URL is www.OvationXL.com. I'd like a simple system to track who (email?) is looking at which 'pages' and ideally for how long, etc. My target market is primarily the UK, though I do work in other parts of the world. I am looking for a person or a small team of people who can provide me a choice of designs following a more detailed design brief, and then key - ensure that the site is optimised for key words and phrases so that it appears high up on the main search engines. There is going to be a need to make minor text updates to the site (about once every three months) which would be paid for separately. We normally pay our bills within 7 days. It is a 'brochureware' site, which current clients read from time to time. The issue is that although my clients like the look and find the content interesting, it has proved completely hopeless for attracting sales leads. So I want to start again from scratch. I think I need a person or a team who can start by designing me a site that is going to be higher up the main search engines. 1. I am a 'business performance coach' who coaches leaders and aspiring leaders. 90% of my candidates are in the top tier of their businesses - e.g. Heads of Department, team leaders, etc. I also coach the fast-track rising stars to become salaried partners and salaried partners to become equity partners. This helps help retain top talent - important right now when so many of the best people are switching their allegiance - this year in particular. It's often not just about the money; it is about personal development. People need to believe that the firm is investing in them. 2. R.O.I. is usually highest with the best team members. There's lots to learn to become even better at what one does. 3. I also work with some remedial senior employees (less than 5% of my work these days though it used to be 50%), e.g working on specific weak points or coaching them out altogether. Requires a great deal of sensitivity. Again some great success stories - people leaving and becoming altogether happier and more productive once more. People can get stuck in ruts and their negative moods can infect whole teams. 4. The coaching process starts with meeting the individual for a free 45-minute to one hour 'pre-session', offered without obligation. This meeting usually follows a briefing by the candidate's line manager (often the Managing Partner). 5. Most candidates are offered just four two-hour sessions (so eight hours in total), paced one month apart. 6. I take all the notes. Password-protected confidential notes are issued within 48-hours of each session and often run to at least 15 - 20 pages of bespoke notes. 7. Client overall satisfaction running at a staggering 95.83%. I am particularly keen to highlight the many excellent client endorsements that I receive. My work often changes people's lives. People become altogether more successful for a comparitively low investment (even though it may seem to be a lot of money). I hope this helps. Robin
