Designer For Post-Go Live Support

We are a start-up based in Germany in the professional services space. We are looking to hire a designer for post-go-live support on demand, which is basically things that need to be implemented, adjusted, fixed after we go live. Examples of activities the designer would be required to do are: - Adjust email template or whatsoever element of the website - Prepare FB posts - Identify potential improvements in UI design The above list is only illustrative, not exhaustive. The successful freelancer would have good Web Design, Graphic Design and Marketing skills. The above role does not require web development skills. There would be a separate developer with whom the designer will require to co-ordinate. This role would be starting August 2016. We are looking for a designer who can be with us for the long run. The developer would be given tasks to complete as and when they arise. For the initial few weeks, the designer would be on a trial basis. The designer would work remotely. The expected effort per week would vary. In your bid, please specify an hourly rate you expect to be paid for this job. However, the pay for this project will be a fixed amount that is mutually agreed before each task. The hourly rate specified will be assumed to be an indicator of this mutually agreed price.
