Design project

Design front of the two story modern conversion of a streetside building. The goal is to have a visualization of the conversion from a boring industrial building on busy city bloc, the building is 25 feet wide and about 3 feet tall. It is attached to a building on a right and has about 2 feet gap to the building on a left. The goal is to remove the front facade and build a winning modern dwell design . Bottom floor is to be retail or fast food or pharmacy / clinic or any other retail business. Second floor is to be residential with lots of light. I can provide screenshots or pictures or Google Street view and detailed measurements. I'm looking for architectural drawings in color/visualization of the project. No engineering details necessary.
