Design of a graphic for a powerpoint presentation

I have a graphic portraying a business process. The concept is accurate, however I am not a designer and have sketched it up in MS Powerpoint, and the result is that the graphic appears "amateur". I need someone to clean up the design so that it looks professional. Please improve the dimensions, the alignment, the spacing, the typefont and anything else that would make it look more "clean" and professional. The goal is to communicate the message to a large audience of senior executives in a very clear, simple manner. The graphic will be presented onto a very large screen at a conference so it needs to be high resolution and easy to understand at a glance. I require the final output in the following formats: (White on transparent background); (black on transparent background). Please provide in an image file (PNG) and also a file that can be easily edited without specialist design software.
