Design an eBook cover for 3 DVDs

I need an ebook cover design done for 3 PDFs. I want them to look like 3 book covers. They may intersect each other a little bit, but 1) should always be in the middle in that case.
Here are the topics of each PDF. It's 2 fitness programs and a diet plan:
1) CrossFit 5-Day Training Plan For Beginners
2) CrossFit 5-Day Training Plan For Advanced Athletes
3) CrossFit Sample Meal Planner
Please find appropriate images for each eBook or ask me if you can't find some. By the way you will have to add my logo to each eBook. The logo will be submitted to the awarded freelancer.
