Design a creative and visually-appealing flowchart

I am looking for a graphic designer or illustrator to design a visually-appealing, creative flowchart to illustrate various steps in the process of "business writing". I have already mapped out the text and the way the chart should flow However, I have done this at a very basic level. I am looking for a graphic designer to recreate the flowchart with far more graphical elements, icons, an appropriate colour palette and so on. I have provided an example of the "look" I would like to achieve in the poster called "I want to make an animated movie", found on this link: [login to view URL] However, I do not want this look copied. It has merely been provided here as a reference to give you an idea of what I want to achieve. My flowcharts is NOT this complex. They are shorter but I would still like a similar "look". If this works out well, I would have a series of flowcharts which I would like designed (possibly 10 to 15 flowcharts in total). I expect each of these will have the same kind of "look" but perhaps be differentiated with a different colour palette. I expect to have three different "series", which about 5 flowcharts per series. Therefore each series should have its own colour palette and each flowchart within the series should use colours from that colour palette. What I DO want: I want people to think the flowchart is attractive and useful so they will want to stick it on their walls in the office. What I DO NOT want: I do NOT want it to look boring, too corporate or too cute. I do not want the images to be too literal but would prefer icons or simple graphic illustrations (I can provide suggestions via email once we agree). I would like to post a project for one flowchart first and then if we are happy with the result, I would like that graphic designer to complete all the flowcharts in the series. I would like the final file format to be provided in Indesign or Illustrator.
