Design a company logo, tag line plus templates for letter heads and other marketing martial

Hi All, I'm just starting an Asset Management business which will focus on Professional Property Management, Property Consultancy Services and Professional Cleaning Services for large residential and commercial customers. I need someone to work with me to undertake the Brand work for my new company. I looking for someone who is experienced in Branding not just graphic design and that can lead this work not just take direction. Following the initial piece of work, there is a need for some marketing work and want to partner with the right person. The work includes: The Brand piece including the people behind the brand and the why our Brand if different; Company logo, colors and design; Company tag line / moto; Uniform design; Car logo design; Proposal template; Letter head template; Flyer template; Business card design; Please note this work does not include the website design however this work will need to be completed at a later stage.
