Design a Website Mockup

Hi, I need your help in creating a fully functional website. My website is based upon an idea that - "when customer quote their need, the people who can offer that service will bid to offer the service at low cost possible" And vice versa, when a service provider is providing a service at some fixed price, interested people can contact him to get that service. For this i need the service providers to register themselves through facebook with images of their tools, while the customers can quote their need without registering or registering through facebook.
