Design a Logo - need to know how to draw

Hi - i have used freelancer before and have been let down by many who claim they can do the job. They either ask for milestone and then once approved they ask for extra time Or they tell you the reality that they can only modify and cannot draw from scratch. This is extremely frustrating and time wasting. All of you can claim 'sir i will do the best job' but no one has come through to actually do it. so please only bid if you know you can do it. i want a unique character drawn and then made into a logo. i require it today within a few hours. i will not give no extension so only bid if you think you can do it.
