I've designed many posters and logos for various kinds of events and organisations. Since I am 16, I feel I will be able to give the kind of feel and make the design you are looking for because it is to be for people my own age. I would be able to come up with something that would catch the eyes of other teens because I am familiar with what type of visuals might be interesting to us. I am also an art student and very creative. I can create catchy yet purposeful designs and stick to the instructions at the same time. Therefore, I feel I am best suited for the jobs as I can really get into the mindset that the 14 year olds that you are looking for, will have.
