Design a Family Coat of Arms

I am looking to have a "coat of arms" designed for use as a family crest. At the moment the ideas are very open but essentially are looking for the following attributes: * Bold use of the family name - 'Homier' * Family motto in Latin - 'carpe mundum' * Interesting use of six country flags - UK, USA, Jordan, France, Greece and Australia * Incorporation of tigers as the family animal against a background crest/Shield in the middle The end project to be available in AI and EPS vector formats for use in the future. I would also like my favoured image designer to be available for minor alterations if we think they are on the right path.
