Design a CHINESE and english BUSINESS CARD for jewelry company

I am looking for a designer who is fluent in Chinese and can design a good business card. One side should be English the other one Chinese (I do business in the Hong Kong/Shenzhen area if that makes a difference). The design should also be appealing to the chinese market. You are not just translating a busienss card you are totally redesigning it. If you are not a native of Chinese language please do NOT bid. I need someone who can deliver both a business card in Chinese and English. Please provide examples of your work. ***Your bid includes*** - 3 mockups according to my specfications. I will provide format and details after bid is awarded\\r\\n- unlimted revison on the chosen design - two sides (front and back) of business card in same design, one in English and one in Chinese - Deliver the file to the printing company specefications sheet ***Turn around time*** - 3 mockups within 48 hours after project is awarded to you - after final design is chosen, you have to deliver within 48 hours again. ***Max. Budget*** is $40-60 for business card design. The higher your bid, the more quality of your work I will expect. ***Rights & Files*** All rights for use and distribution will be in my name.
