Custom WordPress Theme Design (Front & Back End) + CSS Animation

Dear Teams, Please find the details of our website re-design attached in a PDF file. We are providing the followings : 1) 6 pages AI designs (screenshots attached). Some inner pages will use only one simple template page. We will provide that. 2) Full explanation of how to animate the elements on the main-page. (we need an expert for this, if you do not have experience with CSS animation, please do not apply and save us both time) 3) A demo video of how we envision our main-page graphics animated in CSS. This is to make sure we are both on the same page. What we need from you : 1) A fully functional website (According to the notes provided prior to the commencement of the project) 2) On-time Delivery : If the website is not delivered on the agreed date, we will consider it a breach of contract. Please only take this job only if you can deliver on time. We need to know the estimated delivery date before the project starts, so let us know if you have any questions in order to provide a quotation and delivery estimate.
