Creative Graphic (T-Shirt) Designer

I'm looking for a CREATIVE graphic designer to help with simple t-shirt designs.
This gig would consist of using current t-shirt designs and improving or making adjustments to them so we're not copying the design but actually making it a little better or more attractive.
The ideal candidate would be able to think for themselves (meaning I could provide the images or samples of t-shirts or quotes and you would be able to come up with something at your own discretion)
I can give the text color and the desired wording or idea, but the creative part would be up to you i.e. (font type, clip art, etc.) I can give examples.
These designs are nothing complex and can be done rather quickly by someone who already possesses the skills.
**Experience with SunFrog, Teespring, Represent, Viralstyle a plus!
I would need approximately 6 designs to start and will need more in the future.
Please reply with your desired fee per design and include any past work or examples you have.
This can turn into a long-term relationship for the right person.
