Hey guys, I need a programmer to create a website just like 9gag.com. I need it to be user friendly both in the front end and back end (as I will be editing it to ad my logo and other content). Hosting and domain are already available, but would be happy to discuss your own as well if it is easier. My budget + the deal: My budget is $80 max. %50 of the total will be paid once the website is built and complete. The other half will be transferred to you once the page is fully on my server and working. Please don't bid if you don't accept this.
