Create a simple PHP/jQuery app (Polymer/Material Design)

I need a simple PHP/jQuery application with an adaptive layout utilizing Material Design principles. I would like you to use Polymer ([login to view URL]) as a material design framework, with paper elements. The app basically just outputs a huge table with ~1000 rows and a couple of dozen columns, and a user should be able to perform some standard operations with the data: - Add/edit/delete a record; - Sort by a specific column; - Filter by keywords or a category (portfolio name); - Enable/disable certain columns; - Rearrange columns by drag-n-drop Here's how the original table looks like: [login to view URL] The app that you will create would have a modernized version of the table with some material design "bells and whistles".
