The job is to create a new page for an existing html website for a ceiling company. The new page contains a quantity calculator with a formula to work out quantities for the website's product range, as well as a simple contact form. The job requires the following: 1) html & css for the newly designed quantity calculator page & form & results 2) 3 x variations of the calculator ie a) skimmed ceilings b) residential ceilings c ) suspended ceilings 3) jquery for the accordion where the 3 x forms are contained ( see pdf example ) 4) quantity calculator must display the result ( see pdf example ) 5) calculator results must be able to be submitted to the website for quoting purposes 6) simple contact form There is a current specification page that works similiarly to the new page that is required as per above. see for reference [login to view URL]
