I would like to work on this project, I can make an animation of the character in 2d classic way. Also I can send an animatic with the key poses to have a preview of the project. To enhace the vivid actions of the character I think he can look to the cam in the mid pass position (when the character stops at the center of the screen) maybe also tap with a foot and then keep walking till the final key possition. If a mor realistic animation is required I could do it with 3d.
