Hi there , I brought this domain a few month ago. I do have all kind of related document and other necessary information related to this domain. But recently i noticed that someone also is using my domain name. This made me worried because i know that every domain name is unique and only could belongs to it's owner only. A domain name couldn't have multiple owner. If someone else could use my domain name than it means my personal data is under risk so i need you to look at it and take proper action. Recently i did visit that website [] which i think using a mailing address exactly as like as my domain name though his website name is different. How is this possible? I hope my Cpanel access share with another person my developer ,, can you help me about this thing ???

Hello, Have gone through the details. You are right domain name is unique, and if you have the access of the control panel , where you have purchased then you stop your domain being used in a few minutes. But as you said , if someone using a mail with your domain , but having different domain name ... it can be done through Coding . If a mail is being sent from a dynamic code , there any one can use any email ID , but if it is not authorized you can make a copy wright sue against them . However we can suggest you better options, only after getting the Capnel access of your domain . Thanks

hello, you thinking is correct domain name is unique all over the word. as you think your cpanel details is knows some one else so you have change it. or for more details i want to know your domain name & some other information regarding of your hosting. bcoz i some case they also miss use the domain.... i have 3yr+ exp in windows server management & web base technologies. thanks
