Convert a bitmap into a vector file

I have a jpg file of some artwork. I need this to be converted into vector art. Here's what I need: 1. I need a precise reproduction of the shapes as vectors. 2. I do not need all the detail and textures reproduced - solid colors or simple gradients will work. I'm more interested in the shapes. 3. I want a better result than I can achieve myself with the live trace options in Adobe Illustrtaor 4. I need the job complete in the next 3-4 hours The job will be considered complete when: 1. You provide an Adobe Illustrator or EPS vector file 2. The file contains an accurate reproduction of the artwork shapes 3. I can select the shapes and manipulate them in Adobe Illustrator as could reasonably be expected for vector artwork
