Convert Adobe Illustrator CS5 designs to HTML

I have 6 adobe illustrator CS5 page designs that i need converted into 6 html files.

2 of the 6 pages are attached. The other 2 are similar.

The html files must look EXACTLY like the designs provided down to every font size, spacing, colour, shadow, layout & minor detail.

You must create custom CSS files for each page.

I have attached the 2 fonts that i use in addition to Arial.

You will need to copy all the attributes for every heading, and section of text as they are not all the same on each page.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT CRAP WORK OR ATTEMPTS TO GET PAID FOR CRAPPY, SLOPPY CODE.

All text must remain text. you must create H1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 etc headings for appropriate main headings ie: <h1> </h1>

1 of the illustrator files shows the h1 tag positions, use common sense to apply this to all pages.

If it's text on the page it must be text in the html file, if not it can be an image.
