Upgrade an existing small (14 page) sailing event site [login to view URL] from the free WP 2010 theme to a fully responsive theme, maybe designed & built in Ultimatum Framework or similar, to achieve a clean modern functional site, maybe with retro/classic touches given the nature of the event; port over existing content; suggest and implement a new design and restructure; new design to include a nice big slider for events pics, high viz of event sponsors, easy viewing of posts/updates, maintain any existing inbound links to pages; suggest/implement new contact forms to link to Google and/or mailchimp; Suggest other tools/plugins to help improve user experience and non techie admins maintenance; Once new site approved to replace exiting site with minimum down time; Would need job completed in few days as event is 3 weeks away and site already attracting new visits from interested parties.
