Build a website aggregating medical research articles

Hello freelancers, I would like to build a website intended for personal use (or for the use of my coworkers) that is intended to: 1. aggregating Pubmed articles and Scientific Journal articles related on a certain disease, and categorizing them into subcategories (epidemiology of the disease, etiopathogenesis, pathophysiology, diagnosis and prognosis, therapeutics and rehabilitation). Scientific journals are so many one can't stay update that easily, I know one can do this using RSS or aggregator tools, but I have no experience in this and no time to learn how to carry out this myself. 2. a calendar with all the upcoming events and deadlines 3. a clinical trial scanner, that is, an administration enter all the trials available at the hospital with their inclusion exclusion criteria (certain patients' characteristics needed to be included in the trial) and after a physician sign in into a personal area he can check the clinical trials going on at the hospital and further refine the search considering the trials available for a certain patient given certain patients'characteristics 4. a forum 5. a collaborative research purposes page (that is , a page where people post their collaborative research project ideas and others can look at them and contact them if interested I would like to find a freelancer able to carry out all this (from the beginning to the end, from the development to the web hosting etc -at the beginning I would like to use a free web hosting service-). Long term commitment would be preferred The website should be easy to use and also to maintain. I would like to develop the website in different phases as I have different urgency for the different subsections, phase 1 the aggregator as I need it asap, phase 2 the calendar forum and collaborative research purpose, phase 3 the clinical trial scanner (thus 3 different milestones would be better)
