We will be creating the project in CMS like wordpress or joomla. User location will be identified via GPS if phone or by ip address if by PC. Shops will be created in the website and can be made available for the user to select. Payment can be done by integrating a payment gateway into the project. Retailer order accept option will also be provided for which we can display as pending orders in retailer dashboard. Offers can be set by % or a flat rate off on the product price set. We can activate the deliver button only if the payment gateway notifies the website about the successful payment. The order list for the delivery portal will be sorted according to the nearest location. We can keep an equal distribution system in which orders will be only assigned to people who have least orders. We can add an option to input the unique identity number from the ID card and verify it with the ID card details entered at the time of placing order.
