Build my website

I need a fresh new website to replace the one I have at the moment, see [login to view URL] Whatever info can be used from this website should be used and some more to be added. Most important I need a product page with 6 products and different pricing options, monthly payments options for each of the products, shipping and tax calculator based on country. Once the customer chooses his product and type of payment, I will also need to collect more customer information name address, credit card, digital signature that must be automatically filled into a pdf template(order form). This order form must then be sent as attachment by email to the main dealer and they will process the payment. No need for direct payments on the website, all payment details will be added to the order file/pdf file. Some encryption must be used while taking the credit card details.
