I want to built a simple website with (no cms) The website will be simple and clean. With EN and French. The website gonna have 5 menu for each language (About, Contact, Other tools, projects, other links): I can put the content myself and will send some when the projet is selected. Also, I will give more details information when the person is selected or to the person willing do the job. I do make website too but I wanted to test the freelancer system for first time. My budget is 30-35$. I know the job might take 2-3 hours maximum. I can wait up 2 days, Therefore, the job should be done on 24 April 2015. If the job is well done, will hire for other projects.
