Build a mobile app

Create a mobile app where users can review a service or product. The user will be able to search to see if the product or service is already established. If it is established, the user will be able to add reviews under the opened record. Else, the user will be given the opportunity to enter the product or service information and then enter a review. For example, I am trying to review assignment expert. My first step will be to search for assignment expert, if i find assignment expert, i will select the information and then enter my review. The review tab will include the date of service, type of service and overall rating on a scale of 1 to 5 This is an app to review wedding vendors. There will be a specific category grouping for all services for example. The groupings could be but not limited to: Photography, Food, DJ Video A user will be able to select a vendor or add a vendor to each category.
