I have reviewed the site and understand what features it has. It is similar to a talent/freelancer hiring web portal. I understand that you are mainly targeting to a special market professionals as Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, TRIZ, etc practitioners. I think you are targeting to provide high end business solutions to the enterprises and entrepreneurs. We will first create the design mockups and will give you for review. We will provide you minimum 3 revisions of the design. Once you choose the best design then we will move the the coding part. We will develop project planning document before starting coding. We will discuss with you in detail about the features and functionalities so that we can prepare the correct planning. We will also provide you a very easy to use CMS for editing contents and managing the site. We are planning to develop the website in CodeIgniter framework as its a well performed CMS framework. But let me know if you have any suggestion. We are a 2.7 year old organization backed with experienced graphic designers and developers.
