HEllo sir, reading the details i have some questions -- 1>What will be the payment process before user clicks on video to see? 2>Payment gateway you prefer. 3>Will the videos add by only administrator? Regarding the project - firstly i will show you a nice and attractive design . Then on the functional time will do the administrator part first so that admin can post event and videos. Also one extra functionality i will add if you want i.s a advertisement before video run. User can skip the add to go to the video. Admin can add videos and one of those will randomly played before the videos(Like youtube). It can generate an extra revenue for you from the site.
